Why does the natural man hate the Ten Commandments of Yahweh?

Ever wonder why the natural man and women hate the ten commandments and does not want to see it in writing, hear it being spoken, or learn from it as it is being taught?

The ten commandments is not a burden for the human race. Yahweh's laws are not a burden to man. The problem is that man is spiritually dead.

The Ten Commandments is disliked because it condemns the things humans like to do and commands them to do the things they hate to do. There are 10 commandments that Moses wrote about in Yahweh's Torah.

These 10 were expanded by the Rabbis to 613 commandments to assist man toward a healthy life in obedience to Yahweh's instructions. Follow me in this blog and put on your thinking cap and see how mans resistance to Yahweh's Torah leads him to his own destruction.

From the book of SH'MOT (EXODUS) Chapter 20:1-17

א  First Commandment: To have faith in God's existence, and that He is eternal and has complete and unfettered power.
And what is in the mind of man concerning this first commandment. The only type of faith man has is in himself, he has no faith in other's or anything else, or perhaps he has no faith at all. He does  not believe that God exist and that He is eternal with unfettered power.
I am Adonai your God. who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the abode of slavery.

ב  Second Commandment: Prohibition of Idolatry.
Man has always believed in idols, he has and still does make them and posses them, and he still worships them. In any and all forms that can be conceivably worshiped.
I am Adonai your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sins of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but displaying grace to the thousandth generation of those who love me and obey my mitzvot.

ג  Third Commandment: Prohibition of vain oaths.
In mans every day use of his language he disgraces God's name by using it for no valid purpose. What does he do when he invokes the name of God. He swears, curses, and using the name of the most high by making unnecessary expressions to accentuate some sort of feelings usually evil or vain deceit.
You are not to use lightly the name of Adonai your God, because Adonai will not leave unpunished someone who uses His name lightly.

ד   Fourth Commandment:  The Sabbath.
Man has decided that he will worship God in his own way. He has proclaimed Sunday and other week days as the Sabbath. Gods appointed Sabbath day is inconvenient and therefore man has decided to change Gods appointed day to mans appointed day. This of course is mans denial that Yahweh is the Creator of the universe,
Remember the day, Shabbat, to set it apart for God, "You have six days to labor and do all your work. but the seventh day is a Shabbat for Adonai your God, On it, you are not to do any kind of work-not you, your son or your daughter, not your male or female slave, not your livestock, and not the foreigner staying with you inside the gates of your property. For in six days, Adonai made heaven and earth, the sea and everything in them; but on the seventh day He rested. This is why Adonai blessed the day, Shabbat, and separated it for Himself.

ה  Fifth Commandment:  Honoring parents.
It is no secret that honoring parents has become very difficult in today's society. Parents are for the most part disrespected, rebelled against and ignored. To the extreme side many of our children are disobeying this commandment, some have even elected to commit violence toward their parents which can and often do lead to loss of life. This difference in attitude of our children of today may well be the cause of the lost of their life at such an early age. Does it seem like our children are living a long life?
Honor your Father and Mother, so that you may live long in the land which Adonai your God is giving you.

Sixth Commandment: Prohibition against murder.
Men and women have been killing each other for centuries. Husband and Wives have been killing each other, adults kill children, children kill adults, children kill children, all of this killing means that mankind has lost its faith or has no faith in the Creator or does not believe in God as the sustainer of the human race.Therefor life has no meaning.
Do not Murder.

Seventh Commandment: Prohibition against adultery.
Husbands cheating on their wives and wives cheating on their husbands. People who betray the marital relationship can be expected to betray God. As the meaning of marriage continue to deteriorate in our society we can see many types of marriages with no life commitment, we can also see a great deal of selfishness. Each person wants what they want and if they do not get it they will become adulterers. Faithfulness is what is missing in adulterous relationships.
Do not Commit adultery.

 Eighth Commandment: Prohibition against kidnapping
Mankind continues to be a thief. His stealing can allude to many forms of behavior that are morally related to thievery. From stealing objects, things of value and the thief of persons.
Do not Steal.

Ninth Commandment: Prohibition against bearing false witness.
Man continues to give false testimony; in court, in gossip and in slander. People passing negative judgement on hearsay, using their personal opinions as fact, concealing the truth and believing the lie. Establishing what is wrong to be good, and what is good as evil. Man has become very good at telling a lie.
Do not give false evidence against your neighbor.

 Tenth Commandment: Prohibition against coveting.
Man has not changed, he is still doing the very things that God has forbidden him to do. He is forbidden to make gain through violence. Unjust gain and profit was also forbidden. Man is still lusting and desirous for the things they want.
Do not covet your neighbor's house; do not covet your neighbor's wife, his male or female slave, his ox, his donkey or anything that belongs to your neighbor.

The above ten Commandments is rejected by the human race because the human mind is in rebellion and practices its own ten commandments.

1. Constantly practice Idolatry
2. Continuously commits Adultery
3. Loves to commit Murder
4. Loves to steal
5. Loves to lie
6. Refuses to accept one God (His Creator)
7. Full of Envy
8. Refuses to rest on the Sabbath Day
9. Refuses to show respect for God's name
10. Has no honor

This is why man rejects the things of God. He is spiritually discern.

So now let us end this blog by reminding the reader that faith without works is dead.

Galatians 5:6....For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.

James 2:17....In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.

James 2:20....You foolish person, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless?

Your faith in Yeshua HaMachiach (Jesus) is your salvation. Your love for the Messiah will manifest itself by your keeping His commandments.

1 John 5:3....In fact, this is love for God: to keep his commands. And his commands are not burdensome.

How can one start to develop Biblical knowledge which will yield understanding, wisdom, truth and discernment? I would think that you must study, you must do some research. You may have to make an intensive intellectual effort to study in order to gain Yahweh’s approval. Does not the Word of Yahweh say that we should study?[i]

We must study the scriptures with readiness of mind, searching the scriptures daily to seek the truth and test the words of men and women to see whether we can believe the words of the men and women who teach and preach the words of Yahweh. [ii]

We know that the Bible claims to be the inspired Word of Yahweh.[iii]

It is an instruction in righteousness and the Ruach HaKodesh is the author of the Bible.[iv]

But we also know that the human race has the tendency to violate Yahweh’s TORAH. And that is he continuously adds to and take away from what He has written.[v]

Mankind has set a trap for himself. He has decided to make his own laws and to place his laws above the laws of Yahweh. Man has decided that Yahweh's laws are too burdensome when in reality they are not burdensome.[vi]

So then, let us come to the first conclusion about this matter. Mankind is not capable of performing righteousness, and why is that? We have heard from the Prophet Jeremiah. He says the hearts of men is desperately wicked and that no one can know it.[vii]

Of course one can say that there are some people in our world and certainly in our society who are good and strive to do the right thing towards their fellow human being and animals. But man has been given over to a reprobate mind.[viii]

With that kind of mindset, he has no idea what is right and what is wrong. In most cases, man thinks he knows God but in reality he knows the gods of his mind and worships that god of his religion, his tradition, his philosophy and himself. He has never known YHVH.[ix]

He is a fool and that is what the Bible says he is.[x]

He will spend his whole life living a narcissistic lifestyle, seeking gratification, vanity, and pride, and ego, admiration for self, ignorant and stupid.[xi]

Finally we are told that in the end man has an appointment. And you know what that appointment will be about.[xii]

In your righteousness give me Life!

TEHILLIM (Psalms 119: 57-64)

ח (Het)

57 - 58

Adonai, I say that my task is to observe your words. I beg your favor with my whole heart; show pity to me, in keeping with your promise.

59 - 60

I thought about my ways and turn my feet towards your instruction. I hurry, I don't delay, to observe your mitzvot.

61 -62

Even when the cords of the wicked close around me, I don,t forget your Torah. At midnight I rise to give you thanks because of your righteous rulings.

63 -64

I am a friend of all who fear you, of those who observe your precepts. The earth, Adonai, ia full of your grace;teach me your laws.

TEHILLIM (Psalms 119:73- 80)

י (Yud)

73 - 74

Your hands made and formed me; give me understanding, so I can learn your mitzvot. Those who fear you rejoice at the sight of me, because I put my hope in your word.

75 - 76

I know, Adonai, that your rulings are righteous. That even when you humble me you are faithful. Let your grace comfort me, in keeping with your promise to your servant.

77 - 78

Show me pity, and I will live, for your Torah is my delight. Let the proud be ashamed, because they wrong me with lies; as for me, I will meditate on your precepts.

79 - 80

Let those who fear you turn to me,  along with those who know your instruction. Let my heart be pure in your laws, so that I won't be put to shame.

Understand that:
Chai (חי) is a Hebrew word and symbol that means “life.” It is spelled with the Hebrew letters Het or Hey (ח) and Yud (י).

Consider these examples of how to live a long and happy life and avoid the warnings of Yahweh :

Deuteronomy 30:19   This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live.

Genesis 2:17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.

Deuteronomy 4:1 Now, Israel, hear the decrees and laws I am about to teach you. Follow them so that you may live and may go in and take possession of the land the LORD, the God of your ancestors, is giving you.

Deuteronomy 4:6 Observe them carefully, for this will show your wisdom and understanding to the nations, who will hear about all these decrees and say, "Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people."

Deuteronomy 4:26 I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you this day that you will quickly perish from the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess. You will not live there long but will certainly be destroyed.

Deuteronomy 11:26 See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse...

Deuteronomy 30:1 When all these blessings and curses I have set before you come on you and you take them to heart wherever the LORD your God disperses you among the nations.

Deuteronomy 30:16 For I command you today to love the LORD your God, to walk in obedience to him, and to keep his commands, decrees and laws; then you will live and increase, and the LORD your God will bless you in the land you are entering to possess.

Deuteronomy 31:28 Assemble before me all the elders of your tribes and all your officials, so that I can speak these words in their hearing and call the heavens and the earth to testify against them.

Jeremiah 21:8 "Furthermore, tell the people, 'This is what the LORD says: See, I am setting before you the way of life and the way of death.

Can you see the door?

TEHILLIM (Psalm 119:121-128)

ע (Ayin)

121 - 122

I have done what is just and right; don't abandon me to my oppressors. Guarantee your servant's well-being; don't let the arrogant oppress me.

123 - 124

My eyes fail from watching for your salvation and for [the fulfillment of] your righteous promise.
Deal with your servant in accordance with your grace, and teach me your laws.

125 - 126

I am your servant; give me understanding, so that I can know your instruction. The time has come for Adonai to act, because they are breaking your Torah.

127 - 128

Therefore I love your mitzvot more than gold, more than fine gold. Thus I direct my steps by [your] precepts; every false way I hate.

TEHILLIM (Psalm 119:25 - 32)

ד (Dalet)

25 - 26

I lie prostrate in the dust; revive me, in keeping with your word. I told you of my ways, and you answered me; teach me your laws.

27 - 28

Make me understand the way of your precepts, and I will meditate on your wonders. I am melting away from anxiety and grief; renew my strength, in keeping with your word.

29 - 30

Keep deceitful ways far from me, and favor me with your Torah. I choose the way of trust; I set your rulings [before me].

31 - 32

I cling to your instruction; Adonai, don't let me be put to shame! I will run the way of your mitzvot, for you have broadened my understanding.

Question?
"Have you opened up the door of your heart to Yeshua HaMashiach"

Consider:

Revelation 3:20 here I an standing at the door, knocking, if someone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he will eat with me.

Matthew 24:33 Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door.

Luke 12:36 like servants waiting for their master to return from a wedding banquet, so that when he comes and knocks they can immediately open the door for him.

John 10:3 The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.

John 14:23 Jesus replied, "Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them."

I Hate Falsehood, I detest it; but I love your Torah

TEHILLIM (Psalm 119:161 - 168)

ש (Shin)

161 - 162

Princes persecute me for no reason, but my heart stands in awe of your words. I take joy in your promise, like someone who finds much booty.

163 - 164

I hate falsehood, I detest it; but I love your Torah. I prasise you seven times a day because of your righteous rulings.

165 - 166

Those who love your Torah have great peace; nothing makes them stumble. I hope for your deliverance, Adonai; I obey your mitzvot.

167 - 168

My soul observes your instruction, and I love it so much! I observe your precepts and instruction, for all my ways lie open before you.

Let us take some time to think. We are facing falsehood, we have an abundant source of false teachers, We have many who are adding to and taking away from the word of Yahweh. There are many who ignore and hate the Torah, these same people have given themselves over to their false gods and the traditions of men. Yet many of them say they follow Yeshua HaMashiach but they do not keep His commandments. Now is the time to turn back to Yahweh, if you love Him, then keep His Commandments. Abandon the philosophy of vain deceit, make Teshuva and return to Him.

Come on people, you see what is going on in the world today, will you be ready when He comes for you, or will you be caught of your guard by having fell asleep listening to the mindless chatter of the lawless. And hear the words from the Messiah who will say, "Be gone from me I never knew you".

Depression!

Famous persons are under siege in this Nation. Fame, the state of being famous such as superstars, stars, personalities, celebrities, big shots, household names and public figures. People who are famous during their life time have been or are being held hostage to a demonic sickness called depression.

It should be obvious that people who have no relationship with Yahweh are missing out on the greatest love, compassion and patence ever known to mankind.

Lets examin the fact that Yahweh never loses sight of those who love Him.

Deuteronomy 31:8 “… It is the LORD who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”

Deuteronomy 32:10: In a desert land he found him, in a barren and howling waste. He shielded him and cared for him; he guarded him as the apple of his eye.

Psalms 34:17 When the righteous cry for help, the LORD hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.

Psalms 40:1-3 I waited patiently for the LORD; he inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the LORD.

When your hope and trust is in Yahweh, you can call upon Him.

Psalms 3:3 But you, O LORD, are a shield about me, my glory, and the lifter of my head.

Psalms 32:10 Many are the sorrows of the wicked, but steadfast love surrounds the one who trusts in the LORD.

Psalms 37:3-4 Trust in the LORD, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness. Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Psalms 42:11 Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.

1 Peter 5:6-7 (KJV) Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

Yahweh has great plans for you, If you know Him, then hang in there, if you do not know Him, then do yourself a favor and get to know Him.

Consider this:

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

John 16:33 I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.

Romans 8:38-39 For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

2 Corinthians 1:3-4 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

1 Peter 4:12-13 Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice insofar as you share Christ’s sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed.

SUMMARY

Many people reject Yahweh, they want nothing to do Him. They have chosen to go their own way, and so scripture tells us this:

Proverbs 12:15  The way of fools seems right to them, but the wise listen to advice.
Proverbs 14:12 There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death.

And so it is with those who live their lives without Yahweh.
