The the main means of mass communication in today's world is regarded collectively as radio, television, newspapers, magazines and the internet which reach and influence people widely. The media is a means of covering speech, it is a voice.

The voice of the recent presidential campaign of 2016 was a voice of mockery and a voice of scoffers that came together to try to influence people mostly in a negatively manner about the candidates.

The book of Mishlei (Proverbs) 9:7-12 has some very interesting things to say about the voices of mockery and scoffers. We are told by the writer of the book that "He who corrects a scoffer only gets insulted; reproving a wicked man becomes his blemish. If you reprove a scoffer, he will hate you. If you reprove a wise man, he will love you. Give to a wise man, and he grows still wiser; teach a righteous man, and he will learn still more. The fear of ADONAI is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of holy ones is understanding. For with me, your days will be increased; years will be added to your life. If you are wise, your wisdom helps you; but if you scoff, you bear the consequences alone." 

So during and even after this election campaign. Have you been able to identify who were the wise and who were the scoffers. Do not worry about who one the election, do not worry about your personal feeling or likes and dislikes. Ask yourself this question. Has the media influence you to be wise or a scoffer.

Deception ( הַטעָיָה )

King David commences this Psalm with advice concerning the fundamental values which should guide a person throughout his life:  avoid the companionship of the wicked, and engage in Torah study day and night. This will save a person from seething inner turmoil and he will merit a peaceful and successful life.

The Amalekites struck down not the warriors and soldiers but the weak, sick, and elderly who were traveling at the back of the pack. These were not the tactics of an army that sought to win a battle or a war but the merciless strategy of an enemy that desired to see Israel wiped off the face of the earth.



This is what is happening in Israel today. Terrorism is merciless.

And then God answered: Write this. Write what you see. Write it out in big Block Letters so that it can be read on the run. This vision message is a witness pointing to what's coming. It aches for the coming.....it can hardly wait! And it doesn't lie. It seems slow in coming, wait.Its on its way. It will come right on time.

Look at that man, bloated by self importance.....full of himself but soul-empty. But the person in right standing before God through loyal and steady believing is fully alive, really alive.

Note well, money deceives. The arrogant rich don't last. They are more hungry for wealth than the grave is for cadavers. like death, they always want more, but the more they get is dead bodies. They are cemeteries filled with dead nations, graveyards filled with corpses. Don't give people like this a second thought. Soon the whole world will be taunting them.

Who do you think you are......getting rich by stealing and extortion? How long do you think you can get away with this? Indeed how long before your victims wake up, stand up and make you the victim? You've plundered nation after nation. Now you'll get a taste of your own medicine. All the survivors are out to plunder you, a payback for all your murders and massacres.

Who do you think you are.....recklessly grabbing and looting, living it up, acting like king of the mountain, acting above it all, above trials and troubles? You've engineered the ruin of your own house. In ruining others you have ruin yourselves. You've undermined your foundations, rotted out your own soul. The bricks of your home will speak up and accuse you. The woodwork will step forward with evidence.

Who do you think you are....building a town by murder, a city with crime? Don't you know that God-of-the Angel-Armies makes sure nothing comes of that but ashes, make sure the harder you work at that kind of thing, the less you are? Meanwhile the earth fills up awareness of GOD's glory as the waters cover the sea.

Who do you think you are.....inviting your neighbors to your drunken parties, giving them too much to drink, roping them into your sexual orgies? You thought you were having the time of your life, wrong! its a time of disgrace. All the time you were drinking, you were drinking from the cup of God's wrath. You'll wake up holding your throbbing head hung over.....hung over from Lebanon violence, hung over from animal massacres, hung over from murder and mayhem, from multiple violations of place and people.

What's the use of a carved god, so skillfully carved by its sculptor, what good is a fancy cast god when all it tells is lies? What sense does it make to be a pious god maker, who makes god's that can even talk? Who do you think you are.....saying to a stick of wood "wake up"or to a dumb stone "get up"? can they teach you anything about anything? There is nothing to them but surface, there is nothing on the inside. But Oh, God is in His Holy Temple! Quiet everyone, a holy silence.....Listen.

Did you read this? This writing was estimated to be written around (640 - 608 BC). The point is that man has not changed, he is still bloated up with himself, he is still today what he was in the past.
Man needs to re-focused and place his trust in Yahweh (The creator GOD). Turn your life around before it's too late.

A prophetess is simply a female prophet. Just like a prophet, a prophetess is a person called by Yahweh. A prophet (male or female) is the mouthpiece for the one who sends him or her; the prophet speaks on behalf of the sender (Exodus 7:1-2). A prophet is considered a seer (1 Samuel 9:9), because Yahweh gives him or her the gift of foreknowledge. Yahweh reveals his secrets to prophets (Amos 3:7), and true prophecy is initiated by the Ruach HaKodesh (2 Peter 1:21), (1 Corinthians 12:28) and (Ephesians 4:11) both rank prophets as second only to Apostles.

You need to be like the Bereans, research and find out if what you are being told is true. Remember man changes, but our Father never changes. I am sorry to say this but mankind is still violating that which the Father told him not to do. He is still adding to and taking away from the word of Yahweh.(Deuteronomy 4:2). Let the words of Yahweh be true, and every man a liar.

Don't you know that the 4th Commandment is the Door?

The Hebrew letter Dahlet (The door, the pathway to enter)

As a door (dahlet) also symbolically represent the choice to open ourselves up to the hope of our dreams or to remain closed off and alienated.

Are you paying attention? Have you thought about the below verses and considered how they are related to the Sabbath Rest? The Sabbath is the door to Yahweh's rest.

Consider:

Matthew 11:28...Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Exodus 33:14...And he said, my presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest.

2 Samuel 7:11...Starting from the time I appointed Judges to rule my people Israel. And I will give you rest from your enemies. Furthermore, the LORD declares that he will make a house for you--a dynasty!

Joshua 1:13...Remember the word which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, saying, the LORD your GOD hath given you rest, and given you this land.

Proverbs 29:17...Correct thy Son, and he shall give thee rest; yea, he shall give delight unto thy soul.

Deuteronomy 28:65...And among these nations shalt thou find no ease, neither shall the sole of thy foot have rest: but the LORD shall give there a trembling heart, and falling of eyes, and sorrow of mind:

Deuteronomy 12:10...But when ye go over Jordan, and dwell in the land which the LORD your GOD giveth you to inherit, and when he giveth you rest from all your enemies round about, so that ye dwell in safety.

Isaiah 14:3...And it shall come to pass in the day that the LORD shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear. and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve.

1 Corinthians 11:34...If anyone is hungry, he should eat at home, so that when you gather together you will not come under judgment. And I will give instructions about the other matters whenever I come.

1 Kings 3:13...In addition, I will give you what you did not ask for: both riches and honor, so that no man in any kingdom will be your equal during your entire life.

1 Kings 13:7...And the king said unto the man of GOD, come home with me, and refresh thyself, and I will give thee a reward.

2 Thessalonians 1:7...And GOD will provide rest for you who are being persecuted and also for us when the LORD Jesus appears from heaven. He will come with his mighty angels. 

We have been given an open invitation in Revelation 3:20. "Here, I'm standing at the door, knocking, if someone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he will eat with me."
